Independence Electoral Commission (INEC) says that persons with disabilities (PWDs) to take advantage one week graced for people who have not collected their permanent voters cards (PVCs). Independence Electoral Commission (INEC) has made provisions for all kinds of challenges and disabilities. Independence Electoral Commission earlier this month extended the collection of permanent voters cards for more Nigerians to be able to vote in next general election. Disability discrimination law gives people with disabilities importance right not to be discriminated against.
